Bisle reserve forest, India's Western Ghats, is in a rainforest area of Karnataka state.
It is located in Hassan District's Sakleshpur (Sakaleshpura) Taluk. Bisle village adjoins this forest to the east. To the north it is contiguous with Kempuhole Reserve forest. To the south it merges with Pushpagiri Wildlife Sanctuary of Kodagu district. To the west is the Kukke Subramanya forest range.
The thick forest is home of king cobras, tigers (rarely seen), kadave (a kind of deer), peacocks, numerous species of birds, deer, brown fox and Mahasheer fish, not to mention a number of flora and fauna which can only be found in this region of Western Ghats.
